It's Time to Acknowledge 2013
Year-End Performance Conversations

Your 2013 performance form is available for review in the performance system! It's time to wrap up the 2013 performance cycle by acknowledging that you had a year-end conversation with your manager.

You should have received an email from your manager indicating that your 2013 performance form is available in the performance system for your review.

What You Need to Do

o Acknowledge by March 17, that you had a 2013 year-end performance conversation with your manager.

o Continue to document results in your 2014 performance form throughout the year.

You cannot acknowledge your year-end performance conversation until you receive this email. If you did not receive this email or if the "Employee Acknowledge" button is not in the To Do list on your performance system homepage, contact your manager. Your manager must acknowledge the conversation in the system first.
