  2013 Year-End Performance Process

Use the following resources to effectively complete the Year-End Performance Process:

- Year-End Performance and Compensation FAQs (English, Spanish, French, Chinese).

- Documenting Results (English, Spanish, French, Chinese).

What You Need to Do

o Review Year-End Performance Process resources.

o Initiate feedback requests.

o Enter your Goal results and Global Leadership Behaviors comments in your Performance form.

- Performance Feedback in SuccessFactors (English, Spanish, French, Chinese).

- Performance and Compensation Year-End Checklist for Employees (English, Spanish, French, Chinese)

Performance Process Reminders

- Begin entering your Goal results and Global Leadership Behavior comments in your Performance Assessment form. Your business leader, in conjunction with your Human Resources Business Partner, will inform you as to the date your results need to be completed in the Performance system (SuccessFactors). To enter results or add comments, employee forms must be at the "Add Results" step. Directions for this step are located at the top of the Performance form.

- You must initiate the feedback process in the Performance System. Feedback participants are then approved by your manager. Review the "Performance Feedback" help document (available in English, Chinese, French, Spanish) if you have any questions.
